I am not overweight or underweight but im looking into toning my legs. If I walked on the treadmill with an incline, what will this do to my legs?

i had the same problem. im considered skinny with my clothes on…but with bathing suits, it was a totally different thing. i used to have flabs…meaning i was skinny but not healthy skinny. to tell u the truth, i dont know what treadmills do to ur legs, but u’ll mos def tone ur body because people say walking is the best way to get fit. BUT try this : TAE BO. ive been doing it for 3 weeks now, and i have nice lean stomach, legs, everything! and myabe hot yoga to relax ur muscles

Walking on an incline will put more stress on the back of your legs (calves, hamstrings and glutes).
To be toned you need to have some muscle mass and low bodyfat.
Long walks on a treadmill are not going to do it, incline or not, but short sprints will.
Short boosts of high intensity workouts will maintain or develop your muscle mass and help you burn bodyfat.
