I would like to purchase one piece of exercise equipment for home use that would give me the best cardio workout.
I know elliptical machines are highly thought of, but can someone suggest the best make/model that would burn the most calories in 30 minutes if the exercises are done correctly on the machine?
Thank you

with or without exercise-
Its the height vs weight, not age-
optimum protein,low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrate,low salt nutrition replacing two meals along with essential supplements,and having one meal of your choice per day,with one liter of water for every 44lbs would provide desired result
Male=1″=1kg=2.2lbs
women 1″=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
now You can work out your possibilities
Fat% Men 16% and women 26%
Men 2000-2200 calories, women 1500-1800 calories(intake)
A bicycle because its can give exercise for body ex specially for me, because my job for morning to evening is sitting.

Think about this:
It is not the machine that is going to determine the amount of calories you lose in 30 minutes.
“You” your body, will determine how many calories you will burn in 30 minutes or any amount of time. It all has to do with the frequency, intensity, duration and how long or short your rest periods are at which “you” workout, whether you’re walking, jogging, running, swimming, resistance training, biking, etc.
I would suggest doing some research and going and looking and test driving different machines. It is a personal choice, as there are many things to consider in what you perfer in a machine.
Cost, ease of use (buttons too small, complicated programming, shut-off switch) what size motor, do you want the basic elliptical where just your legs are working or do you want the type that you can use your arms as well as an “option” for more of a total body workout?
I hope this helps.
