I really need to run on the treadmill more. I don’t want to run outside because its so humid here and i can’t stand sweating just from standing out side for 20min.

I have a treadmill and i like to run on it but only when i am in the mood. Using the tv or ipod don’t really help me that much.

Any suggestions?
