Ok, so I need to lose a couple pounds, and I was wondering what’s a good way to do so without excessive dieting,fancy medicine, surgery, or fancy exercise equipment?

I remember there used to be a piece of exercise equipment that was a stair climber and had bars for your arms that moved vertically…..sought of like mountain climbing. The stairs and the arms moved…..does anyone know where I can find that or a manufacturer that made it?
