exercise equipment
Unshaken Faith asked:

I want to buy a good piece of exercise equipment. One that doesn’t take up a whole lot of space, and one that gives me a total body workout. Any suggestions?

Body by Jake is not bad, and I saw it on sale at Costco a while back too.

Nowadays, thanks to the internet, you can have great exercise equipment shipped directly to your door and not have to pay any shipping costs if you buy from a good vendor. I think that is important because it allows you to be able to buy something that is a bit more sturdy and solid.

Personally, I’ve learned the hard way that it is smart to always go for quality and something that you can’t outgrow. As you get into better and better shape some of the cheaper equipment out there just no longer cut it. I like brands like Bowflex, Nautilus, Stairclimber, LifeFitness etc. These are the very same machines that you can find in a gym. And you can finance them if you need to. A great website to go to that is a portal site and represent many brands not just one is Virtually all the products on it have free shipping.
