I’ve been using my treadmill religiously for the past week. However I would like to enhance my workouts with supplements to achieve the best results. Do you have any recommendations?

Also what diet should I go on to achieve the best treadmill workout results?

I’ve been looking for this for my Proform 585TL treadmill. It is the motor that lifts the incline. I keep finding results that lead to the belt-motor which unless its the same thing doing both jobs, is obviously not what I need.

Here is the problem; I am trying to train for half marathon. I live in Mountain states, ie SNOW-SNOW-SNOW! I am running on treadmill everyday. I also use elliptical. When I get off work at 6:00pm it is dark.
I have finished one half marathon, but was able to run outdoors. I am not builiding my miles due to boredom-
Please help with anything that may help! My race is in 3 months!

I have an old treadmill that finally died. Before I buy a new one, what’s the best way to get rid of the old one that’s big and heavy? It’s too big to fit in the trash bin and I don’t have a truck to haul it away?
I live in a condo community that does not allow members to leave junk in the front of the houses. Also if disassembled, some of the pieces would be pretty big.
